Sika® Concrete Primer

two-component, rapid curing, high solids polyurea/polyurethane- hybrid primer

Fast curing - overcoat possible after 30 minutes
Combines rapid cure time with a long pot life.
Significantly reduces the likelihood of out-gassing from susceptible substrates
Consolidates dusty or friable surfaces
Easy application by brush or roller
Can be filled with quartz sand and used as a scratch coat

Sikaflex®-11 FC

One part advanced polyurethane, elastomeric sealant/adhesive

Excellent adhesion on all cement-based materials, brick, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, epoxy, polyester and acrylic resin.
Fast cure rate.
Good weathering and water resistance.
Non-corrosive.
Can be painted over with water, oil, and rubber-based paints. (Preliminary tests recommended).
High durability.
Can be used in tamper resistant joints

Randomly oriented glass fiber reinforcement for Sikalastic® RoofPro systems

Provides maximum conformability to uneven substrates.
Creates strong reinforced roofing and waterproofing membranes with enhanced tensile strength.
Increases puncture and tear resistance.

Sikagard®-550 W Elastocolor

Low-VOC Elastomeric Wall Coating

Can bridge dynamically moving cracks.
Excellent carbonation barrier.
Vapor permeable.
Provides resistance to weathering and frost.
Crack bridging properties maintained at low temperatures.
Excellent long term UV light resistance.
Can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray.
Good color stability.
Extremely resistant to dirt pick up and mildew.
Non-flammable as a system.
Easily maintained silk finish.
