It will be the sole responsibility of the Owner or Owner’s representative to have a qualified individual physically access the roof in order to provide detailed measurements, specifications, photographs and videos of the roof system for the Virtual Roof Assessment. Sika Corporation shall not be responsible or liable for any actions, omissions, damages or injury caused by or to any individual under the control of or retained by Owner or Owner’s representative to provide any information for the Virtual Roof Assessment.

Owner or Owner’s representative is responsible for determining whether any products referenced and information provided in the Assessment are appropriate for Owner’s intended use and that such use and materials are in compliance with applicable laws and other government regulations.

Sika Corporation, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, do not make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to any information or results in connection with such Assessment. Sika Corporation, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any errors or omissions in any information or results, or any action or decision made by Owner or Owner’s representative in reliance upon any information or results contained in the Assessment.
