Two-component polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin

Sikalastic® Rapid-724 Detailer has a shelf life of up to 12 months in the original unopened pail when properly stored, sealed and unmixed.

Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry, ventilated area away from heat and oxidizing agent. Do not store in direct sunlight or in temperatures below 55°F (13°C) or above 80°F (27°C). Keep away from open fire, flame or any ignition source.

All work surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dirt, dust, debris, oils and other contaminants.

Thoroughly stir the entire container of Liquid resin with a slow-speed (200 to 400 rpm) mechanical mixer (electric drill with a mixing blade) for two minutes before each use. Only catalyze the amount of material that can be used within 10 to 15 minutes. Add pre-measured Catalyst Powder to the resin component, stir for 2 minutes. The amount of catalyst required is determined by resin weight and ambient temperature

Apply Sikalastic® Rapid-724 Detailer to a clean and properly prepared substrate using a brush or putty knife. The resin should be spread evenly onto the surface.
