Sarnadisc is a high-strength plate used with Sarnafasteners

Sarnadiscis a high-strength plate used with Sarnafasteners to attach the Sarnafil® S 327 or Sikaplan® Fastened roof membrane directly to the roof deck at the base of walls, curbs and other roof penetrations.

Sarnadisc® is a high‐strength steel disc with a smooth surface to provide protection to the underside of Sarnafil® S 327 membrane in mechanically fastened applications.

Sarnadisc is a 20 gauge (0.9 mm), 2" (51 mm) diameter SAE 1010 steel plate with an AZ 55 Galvalume coating to meet Factory Mutual 4470 criteria for corrosion resistance.

APPLICATION

Sarnadisc® is positioned on the surface of the S 327 or Sikaplan Fastened membrane with a Sarnafastener or a Sikaplan Fastener is placed through the center of it and then set into the roof deck, clamping the S 327 membrane in place.
