Sarnadisc RhinoBond

Sarnadisc Rhinobond is a polymer coated plate

Sarnadisc RhinoBond is a specially designed polymer coated plate used with Sarnafasteners or Sikaplan Fasteners to attach Sarnatherm® insulation, Sarnatherm® roof boards, gypsum roof boards, or other Sika approved boards directly to the roof deck or structural purlins prior to the installation of Sarnafil® S 327 membrane or Sikaplan® Fastened membrane. The membrane is field welded to the Sarnadisc RhinoBond by induction welding.

  • Recessed center to provide protection to the membrane underside from abrasion by the fastener head.
  • Zero penetrations of the roof cover.

Usage

Used with Sarnafasteners or Sikaplan fasteners when attaching Sarnafil® S 327 or Sikaplan® Fastened membrane direct to the roof deck.     Ares of Application

APPLICATION

Sarnadisc® RhinoBond is positioned on the surface of the insulation board. A Sarnafastener® is set through the center of the disc and set into the roof deck or purlin. The Sarnadisc® RhinoBond holds the insulation in place.
