Please fill out the form below to report a current issue with your Sika Sarnafil roofing or waterproofing system that you believe is under our warranty agreement.* In an effort to make this process as quick and easy as possible, please fill out all the required information. Please provide as much detail as possible in the comments section regarding the issue you are experiencing. 

Once your online request is received, we will either reach out to you directly within 24-48 hours if more information is needed or assign a local authorized applicator to coordinate an inspection and possible repair with you directly. If you do not hear from a local authorized applicator to coordinate access to the roof after 5 business days please notify Sika Sarnafil.
