Phoenix 1, a problem solving General Contratcor who has experience with the RoofPro membrane system was seeking a quality membrane system to be able to encapsulate PVC lined gutters at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, TX. Sika's local representative was consulted as well as LAM TFS to review details and terminations that would provide a high quality long term membrane system in the gutter systems.

PROJECT SOLUTION

With the highly conformable Sikalastic Reemat the applicator was able to deal with the tight confines of the gutter and the undulating surface of the PVC liner. Texas Roof Management completed this project over the winter of 2020/2021 and mother nature provided excellent water testing to ensure a water tight application. Phoenix 1 continues to utilize the RoofPro membrane systems for their projects.
