A cross sell opportunity among multiple business units, Sika presenteda unique position of being able to produce multiple products and waterproofingsystems in the same custom colors chose by the specifiers andowners. Roofpro could be left exposed and sanded for aggregate finish while providing roof membrane protection over occupied spaces. Roofprowas chosen to compliment the modern architecture while still providing the best waterproofing protection.

PROJECT SOLUTION

The roof membrane over occupied spaces could be left exposed, with aggregate added for nonslip and custom colored to match the other finishes/textures of the modern design. As a result, a 20 year roof systemthat matches the Sika deckpro coatings elsewhere on the building was installed.
