Sika Corporation shall not be responsible or liable for any actions, omissions, damages or injury caused by or to any individual under the control of or retained by Owner or Owner’s representative to provide any information for the Virtual Roof Assessment.

Owner or Owner’s representative is responsible for determining whether any products referenced and information provided in the Assessment are appropriate for Owner’s intended use and that such use and materials are in compliance with applicable laws and other government regulations.

Sika Corporation, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, do not make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to any information or results in connection with such Assessment.
