“Safety Always,” is one of Sika’s mantras, and the operations team at Sika’s Roofing & Waterproofing headquarters in Canton, Massachusetts, is practicing what the company preaches.
The team recently went one full year without an OSHA-recordable injury. This milestone comes just after the team achieved 365 days with no lost time accidents this past summer.
