Elevated Engineering discovered aging waterproofing and poor sloping on multiple locations of the Pinnacle Condo building. The pool deck, penthouse and some mid-tower unit balconies were all among the scope of work. Some of these areas were beginning to show signs of concrete deterioration. Elevated Engineering immediately determined a quality roofing/waterproofing system with multiple application variations around unique wall details was needed.
PROJECT SOLUTION
Sika RoofPro, with its ease of application and long term warranty offerings, was selected as the waterproofing and roofing to use on this restoration. Furthermore, tile and gemstone decorative coatings were accepted as approved overburdens with no warranty exclusions. Lastly, the membrane could be conformed to the unique fluted block façade along the building exterior wall of the pool deck. Project considered a success with a beautiful new pool deck for the residents to enjoy!
