Pier 3 Condominium is a premier waterfront property located on the Delaware River, near the Ben Franklin Bridge. Originally built as a working city pier in the 1920s, Pier 3 was converted to 172 apartments and is one of the most popular residential properties in Philadelphia. Pier 3 is also listed on the Nation Register of Historic Places. Recently, the Condominium was experiencing some leaks.
